About Robin Ketteler
My lab is interested in the regulation of autophagy by post-translational mechanisms. We utilize siRNA, cDNA and CRISPR-based methods to identify gene function. We also use small molecule compound screening to identify hit compounds that modulate these pathways. In addition, I managed the high-throughput high-content screening facility at University College London, a highly collaborative platform with expertise in high-content imaging, siRNA screening, genome editing, cDNA library generation, expression vector design, modern molecular cloning technologies, assay development, lab automation and early stage drug discovery. Multiple research collaborations in academia and with pharmaceutical industry partners.
