Here, I leverage my tone of voice and creative skills to keep a large and diverse workforce engaged and informed about company initiatives and culture. I'm particularly motivated by working for an organization that values its people and makes a positive impact on the communities it serves. Prior to Wates Group, I honed my skills for 3 years as an Internal Communications Manager at Superdrug, a major health and beauty retailer with employees. There, I led a team of two internal comms executives, developing and executing communication strategies to connect with a vast internal audience. My experience extends beyond internal communications. As a freelance Digital Content Creator, I worked with Skinny Tan, a leading self-tanning brand. I crafted engaging social media content to showcase their products and even produced an animation for their campaign with the breast cancer charity Coppafeel. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with others to develop effective communication strategies.
