Specialising in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency work, acting for Insolvency Practitioners (Liquidators, Administrators, Receivers and Trustees), as well as Lenders (senior, asset-based and factoring) and for companies, directors & creditors. Recent work included football club administration and acting on building developer administration including para 71 application and Berkeley Applegate Order. Also siting with board of directors of private company through challenging trading period, on instruction of principal investor. Specialising on all Banking & Finance including cross-jurisdiction secured lending, loan note fund raises, secured ad unsecured lending. Recent work has included acting for Luxembourg lender to offshore borrower secured over UK based assets and advising on structure for investment club for high net worth self certified investors for loan note investments. Also drafting private business to business secured lending documents including facility and security documents.
