About Robin Laversa

As so many people can relate to, my family experienced the challenges and heartache associated with the deteriorating health of a beloved family member. My mother-in-law's health was being significantly compromised by Alzheimer's disease. Each day brought new and ever more difficult challenges that eventually stripped her of the ability to handle daily activities that make up a normal and fulfilling life. Our journey of supporting my mother-in-law through the progress of the disease took us from companion-type services which we initiated when she would consistently forget to eat, to staying with us and grappling with the inappropriateness of our home and all its stairs. to 2 assisted living facilities. to memory-care. and finally to 24 hour live-in home care. There were many trips and missteps along the way, but there were also some amazing experiences with her and all the new and fabulous people who were part of her life. The journey was a learning experience over many years regarding Alzheimer's and the senior care industry with all its options. Greg was intimately involved with every step along the way and gained such insight that he has now brought to Always Best Care Basking Ridge where he and I work together along with our amazing group of caring and talented caregivers. Everyday we are privileged to make a real difference in the lives of our clients in New Jersey.
