About Robin Lemon

Robin Lemon started her first non profit organization at the young age of 22 which has served over 1 million women and still in existence today. She opened her first business at age 30 and built it up to be in the top tier of event décor services when she sold it 11 years later. She transitioned her love of business into real estate in 2006. Moving to KW in 2012, her business exploded with the models and systems she quickly learned. Moving into the top 3% of KW as an agent and then her team, she was asked to join the leadership team as an Assistant Team Leader then into the team leader role to lead over 400 agents. She was privileged to continue its success as being in the top 30 most profitable market centers in the company as part of the Georgia Legacy Group under the leadership of Andy Peters. As a 2 time black belt team leader, she has recruited over 600 agents in 4 years, and coached 2 teams to MREA. She’s had the privilege of being a guest on KW Worldwide sharing her insight into recruiting top agents to the company. She’s a John Maxwell Equip coach since 2007, a conference speaker, and a lover of people. She and her husband live in the Nashville, TN area and enjoy spending time with their two sons, daughters “in love”, and their AMAZING grandchildren.
