About Robin Leonard

I have been in the document and data management industry for over 35 years. I first worked for Leonard Archives, Inc as the Vice President of Marketing. In 1997, Leonard Archives went public under the name of FYI, Inc, based out of Dallas, Texas. As a member of the national marketing team, I was instrumental in incorporating a full-service approach to document and data management to the newly acquired companies which totaled over 47 in a two year period. Since then I have worked as a consultant with commercial record centers and data management companies throughout the United States on marketing a full service approach to document and data management. I have worked with companies such as IBM Business Recovery Services, Minolta Business Solutions, ComDisco, Sunguard Availability Services, Asigra, Artisan Infrstructure and Netsolus. I have been instrumental in developing strategic business partnerhsip programs with each of these companies and several others. I currently work with commercial record storage and data management companies to incorporate online cloud backup services into their current sales and marketing program with no upfront investment and minimal ongoing management costs. I also provide assistance to each re-marketer in sales training and ongoing sales support. I also work with companies to provide Iaas services designed to reduce their IT and Hardware costs overall. Some of my current and former clients include General Motors Corporation, Ford Motor Company, Jackson Memorial Hospital, Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Chrysler Corporation, TATA Technologies, Department of Defense, Detroit Medical Center, Bank of America, U.S. Patents & Trademarks, Grady Hospital and John Hopkins.
