About Robin M. Chandler

As founder and CEO of R M Chandler Consultants, LLC, a company, I provide strategic client-centered personal consulting in a supportive climate. My formal credentials are in education and the social sciences, and the arts. As Professor Emeritus at Northeastern University, My research in sociology, arts and culture policy and practice, and comparative race and gender has been sponsored by the the Fulbright Program, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the National Science Foundation. My publications include over 150 books, book chapters, several articles, and artist exhibitions. As a motivational speaker, editor, consultant, trainer, and lecturer on six continents, I have worked with government organizations, NGOs, CBOs, universities, and individuals, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals in a global tech-driven marketplace. My practice focuses on the dignity of human difference, building collaborative leadership, nobility principles, and assisting women and transnationals to succeed and thrive. I have expertise in micro-enterprise development, cultural policy practices, the challenges of a changing workforce, human rights, and women's leadership. I design and deliver customized programs, seminars, workshops, and study circles that foster strategic thinking, cross-cultural competency, creative group dynamics, and transformational training in arts and cultural policy development.
