About Robin MacDonald

I am a coach, management and educational trainer, and business consultant, who helps individuals and teams perform at their best—often in environments where complexity, change, or stress is in play. With a background spanning leadership, supply chain management, education, coaching, and workplace inclusion, I bring a distinctive blend of empathy, clarity, and practical focus to my work. My approach is relational and strategic—but also grounded in rhythm, energy, and awareness of how people function under pressure.Whether delivering coaching sessions, leading training, speaking on workplace culture and inclusion, or mentoring early- to mid-career professionals as they “earn and learn,” my aim is consistent: to help others feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward with confidence.Striving for high-impact personal performance and leadership—an approach built around energy and influence—I help people power themselves, power others, and power the organisation.I work with professionals across many sectors to think clearly and perform calmly—from seasoned leaders to rising stars, from managers navigating change to team members finding their footing. I am especially committed to supporting individuals from underrepresented groups, particularly those who experience neurodiversity and possess both ambition and talent. If any of what I do sounds like something you are curious about, I am always open to thoughtful conversations, collaborations, and enquiries. Please feel free to connect or get in touch here on LinkedIn.
