About Robin MacLean

Robin MacLean has over 15 years of experience in business transformation and business analysis, helping define requirements for target operating models and the design of business processes. Robin has helped several international companies transform their financial function through a combination of ERP implementations, and discovering process efficiencies resulting in centres of excellence. She is now bringing that expertise and a global perspective to leading practices but also lessons learned. Specific skills include, project management, process analysis, financial analysis, activity based costing and facilitation. Robin is a team player with strong analytical skills, as well as effective leadership. While delivering presentations she has the ability to clarify complex concepts in terms that are appropriate to the audience. She possesses strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust adapting easily to a fast-paced dynamic environment. Outside of work Robin enjoys endurance sports such as triathlon, and in true Canadian fashion, enjoys a life long passion of playing and watching ice hockey. She is a true ambassador for women in sport, especially hockey, and would love to discuss ideas on how to get and keep girls playing sports.
