As a Medical Staff Coordinator at ConvenientMD, I oversee provider credentialing from 3 states for over 300+ mid level+ providers. Provider and Facility Payer Enrollments for 20+ payers. I support 42 (soon to be 45) urgent care locations, four primary care locations, and two rural health clinics. I have a high school diploma in general studies from Coe-Brown Northwood Academy and over 5 years experience in the Health Care Management field. My core competencies include database development, provider enrollments, provider credentialing, claims processing and accounts receivable. In my current role, I facilitate an efficient provider onboarding process through collaborative efforts and supported migrating to CredentialStream for improved reporting, workflows, and efficiency. I deliver on time results per contract, affiliate expectation, and system updates. I collaborate with upper management in projects for growth through problem analysis and problem solving. I support team members in producing timely reports and support business decisions. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the quality and accessibility of healthcare services and to bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
