As the Associate Director for Racial Equity at Occidental College, I bring over seven years of dedicated leadership to restorative and care-centered initiatives in education. With an MS in Counseling Psychology, my approach uniquely blends academic insight with a passion for holistic care, particularly for racially marginalized students. My track record is marked by institution-wide strategies that amplify inclusion, belonging, and justice. Notable achievements include elevating services for marginalized populations, bridging the gap between access and social justice, boosting student-led mental health initiatives, and securing vital funding for holistic student experiences.
