About Robin McLeod

As a psychologist, CEO, and national behavioral health executive, I've spent more than two decades leading organizations through growth, integration, and transformation - building systems where people thrive, and purpose drives performance. Today, I bring that same experience to my work as an executive coach for neurodivergent leaders and for leaders of neurodiverse teams. I help executives and organizations move beyond performative inclusion to create cultures of genuine belonging - spaces where every kind of mind contributes fully and thrives. My vision is to create a world where neurodivergent leaders are recognized, supported, and empowered, not in spite of their differences, but because of them. My mission is to provide executive coaching, leadership and team development, and workplace strategies that unlock the potential of neurodivergent professionals, enabling them to excel in high-stakes business environments while reshaping organizational cultures toward authentic inclusion and belonging.
