Over 20 years of experience delivering working, tested products for large, complex enterprises including those in financial services, healthcare, and government agencies. Serve as an Agile Coach and Guide for Delivery teams delivering products while also undertaking Agile Transformation. • Provide knowledge, practical guidance, and hands-on demonstration of Agile practices, techniques, and patterns for individual roles and teams transitioning from Waterfall or “on-demand” ways of working to Scrum or Kanban. • Design, deliver, and continuously improve knowledge-ware and learning journeys to assist teams and individuals in understanding and applying Agile, with significant emphasis on learning content and supportive coaching for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Managers. • Create and exploit opportunities to highlight business and technical opportunities to benefit from Agile, focusing on the objectives to improve outcomes, enhance customer feedback into the development process, and deliver working tested product more quickly following iterative and incremental delivery patterns. • Guide and encourages Teams, from a coaching stance, to adopt and specifically detail improvement plans based on team retrospectives and evaluation of team metrics; providing examples or suggestions where appropriate or where invited (and sometimes where needed but uninvited for teams that value a robust dialogue, knowing they ultimately own their success). • Experience working with small, cross-functional, encapsulated teams able to optimize Scrum; experience working with service-oriented teams to optimize the flow and control of their backlog using Kanban; experience working with complex, integrated platform solutions requiring more extensive scaled governance utilizing variations of Enterprise or Portfolio models from the Scaled Agile Framework. • Evaluate and translate core Team metrics (including velocity, throughput, capacity, and related variances) in context of communicating Team Health and Progress toward various levels of Agile Maturity.
