About Robin Miller

Ms. Miller has worked in various aspects of safety, health, and environmental management for more than 25 years as an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional and Project Manager. Ms. Miller has a history of documented success developing and managing facility and corporate environmental policies and practices related to regulatory compliance. Ms. Miller is highly proficient in conducting compliance audits. Ms. Miller has completed and overseen all aspects of the audit process including budgeting, client communication, scheduling and staffing the audits, conducting audits, report preparation, training and follow-up activities. Ms. Miller has expertise in the following areas of environmental regulation: Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA Title Tier II, Toxic Release Inventory Reporting (TRI), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC), and associated state and local regulations. Ms. Miller has managed and completed environmental permit applications under various regulatory programs and has developed plans associated with permit requirements for numerous clients. Ms. Miller has assisted clients with large environmental permit transfers projects and the development of regulatory required plans and programs. Ms. Miller has prepared facilities for regulatory inspections, represented facilities during inspections and prepared correspondence regarding inspection findings to minimize client's potential penalties. In her spare time, Ms. Miller loves cheering on the West Virginia Mountaineers and Pittsburgh Steelers, spending time with her animals, and doing anything outdoors.
