Currently, I am an accomplished Healthcare Compliance Specialist for Stericycle. I am responsible for the entire Stericycle Pharmaceutical Waste Compliance implementation and installation process for Hospitals, Clinics, Surgery Centers, Cancer Centers and Diagnostic Imaging Centers. I train with Pharmacists, Nurses, and Environmental Services employees on proper disposal methods of pharmaceutical waste and other hazardous waste. In my unique Healthcare Compliance Specialist role, I am utilizing my consulting skills to conduct medical waste audits for pharmaceutical waste compliance for my customer accounts. Working in the hospital healthcare industry requires a lot of hard work, patience, and the ability to connect with your customers and key account decision makers. I am a very strategic planner and self-motivator and I am not afraid of hard work. I also believe that practices like always being a true professional and treating each individual with the utmost respect are essential for experiencing long-term success in the sales field.
