Been leader and staff myself, I have experience and skills from various situations and first hand knowledge of field work. As protective commissioner and trustee for several years, I took part of negotiations and mediations with employer and HR. Previously project manager and coordinator in several ongoing processes and trainings. Often called in as outside expert in various work groups for my thoughts and analysis, despite not originally being part of the discussion and I see that as an proof that my knowledge is valued, despinte me not having seniority in titles.
