As a Working Student at Accenture in Munich, where I delved into software testing, thrived in an international setting, and contributed to HR automation through VBA programming. This experience culminated in me pioneering a software testing automation tool that I pitched to Accenture. My tenure at SyncPilot and NJUMA GmbH fortified my operational and digital change management acumen, where I crafted controlling processes, and facilitated workshops on digitalization. In my role with JMS Augsburg e.V, I employed gamification in workshops and honed my acquisitional expertise.
