Effective implementation and initiation of assigned site development projects for the wireless telecommunications projects. Managed multiple team members and vendors to insure timely deliverable management documents to the client in order to capture project pay points effectively. Advised client as to additional needs of the project in order to achieve project deadlines. Also was tasked with the identification and implementation of drop and swap, relocation, and new site build project development. Cultivated, motivated, and formulated an effective network of high quality professional vendors including compliance representatives, A&E firms, surveyors, site acquisition contractors, and consultants. Supported the Program Manager and National Site Aquisiton Manager in review of projected completion dates, budgets, status reports, and analysis reviews throughout the site development process. Communicated effectively with clients and team members to insure a prompt initiation of the project. With my proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word/Outlook and excellent time management skills, I also assisted in data integrity and validation.
