I love seeing people live beyond their limits, above what they thought could not be conquered.living to the fullness of their abilities, taking chances and seeing opportunities to pursue.this is my appro on ach as I kick off my career. I am very interested to work with organizations and act upon key psychological conflicts within the "human capital" that hinder effective and efficient work flow in the eye of industrial management, and on an individual level, to thrive and develop their careers. Behavioral sciences geared me up with substantial virtual and critical problem solving techniques that I applied in a number of counseling sessions which brought forth pronounced results. Besides Psychology, I pursued Management courses that equipped me with knowledge on human resource management, leadership dimensions and behaviors across cultures, organizational behavior management, career and talent management and an understanding of human behavior in relation to how this can be applied to manage workplace relationships. I am naturally dynamic and enthusiastic about life, I enjoy brainstorming and more often than not I am a perfectionist.
