About Robin Nadeau

Servant leader, coach, and facilitator with 20+ years experience in workforce development, talent and organizational development, education, and economic development. I create opportunity, foster social change and grow collaboration. I possess a solid belief in lifelong learning and everyone’s power to reach his or her goals. I'm results-oriented while believing the journey can be just as impactful as the end game. The crux of my work has always been systems-building partnership efforts, individual skill-building, talent and career development, collaborative leadership, and cross-sector collaboration. As a leader, manager, and coach, I enjoy supporting individuals, organizations and partnerships along a path of continuous growth and learning. My work has recently concentrated in Ukraine, Poland, Boston MA, Washington D.C, throughout the southeast U.S, and has spanned over 25 states throughout the country. I've led national and federal teams, as well as local place-based teams committed to their communities, through visioning and strategic planning sessions, and, in many cases, stayed on the ground over the long haul (3 mo to 3 yrs) to coach and advise individuals and partnerships through collaborative implementation. I've also served in senior executive roles in the non-profit sector where I have expanded programs and services, led organizational and DEI change efforts, and hired and coached leaders who were seeking to build social, educational, and economic impact.
