I am a Senior Enterprise Strategy & Risk Leader, expert at developing and executing integrated operational risk, ESG, and audit strategies that reduce exposure, ensure regulatory alignment, and support long-term business, community, and environmental impact. I specialize in building governance frameworks and cross-functional programs that help organizations respond confidently to evolving risks and expectations. In my current role, I manage the Bank-wide operational risk framework, including incident management, records governance, insurance, and issue tracking, while partnering across departments to strengthen controls, streamline reporting, and improve enterprise-wide risk visibility. I bring a strategic lens to operational risk management, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and organizational priorities. Previously, as Senior ESG Manager, I led the development of the Bank’s first comprehensive ESG strategy. I engaged executive leaders to define priorities, secured Board approval, aligned ESG and DEI strategies, and established consistent processes to track ESG progress and report outcomes to executive leadership and the Board. I also created and implemented the Bank’s first climate risk framework, closing critical data gaps, validating and visualizing insights, and delivering clear, actionable reports to Management and the Board, significantly advancing climate risk awareness and integration. My foundation is in Internal Audit, where I spent over a decade managing complex risk-based audits, implementing a quality assurance program, and deploying a GRC system to unify risk and control data across business functions. As Audit Manager, I built and led a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and delivering actionable insights to the Board and senior leadership. I’m a strategic thinker who is passionate about strong governance and modern data practices to improve decision-making, enhance resilience, and align organizational goals with emerging risks and opportunities.
