About Robin Norris

Teaching Philosophy and Goals 2014 - current I feel as an online instructor it is my responsibility to ensure students are involved in their education. I provide them with the tools needed to become successful in the online learning environment within my class. I incorporate fun games, worksheets, videos and hold online instructional remediation lecture sessions which gives the student the necessary materials to help them retain the course material that is provided. Teaching can be a life long learning process that is filled with many new ideas and philosophies. As an online teacher, I feel like I have been given the rare opportunity that most people don't get in their lifetime; to share my passion for learning with another individual that will affect that person for the rest of their lives, positively or negatively. I feel as if children have helped me open my eyes, mind and heart to the innocence, laughter, and diversity this world can bring. because of this diversity, I will always bring a smile into the world, cherishing all that it brings by laughing with, loving, and nurturing our children by seeing what they see through their eyes.
