I am a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resource Professional with over 10 years of experience spanning training and development, recruitment and selection, benefits, performance management and program management. Throughout the years, I have gained verifiable track record in working with subject matter experts to lead through organizational changes, pioneering new training programs, developing communication plans and administering change management initiatives. With many accomplishments and demonstrated ability in supporting with the implementation of human resource management initiatives that align with company’s short and long-term corporate strategies and operational workforce; I'm looking forward to enhance operational efficiency and establish a standardized process that would improve productivity and deliver bottom-line results.
