When you can see better, you can lead better. There is a strain in bringing the vision to life, in birthing and sustaining that epic contribution to the world. But it's a strain that can be reduced so the fruit can be increased. When you can see better, you can lead better. Visualising the business more clearly changes everything. And, on that foundation, we can focus on specific areas where custom software will deepen ease and growth. You're a business founder. You have a vision. It was hidden away in the secret place for a while and now it's out in the world. You're darn good at what you do - it's proven, you've done it and you know it can work. You started doing it not just because it's something you excel at but because it's something that. you love energises you excites you stimulates you satisfies you has you want to grow and learn sees you truly mastering your craft helps people makes the world a better place But it turns out there's quite a lot more to running this business than you realised: more than the bits you really love more than the bits you're really good at But that stuff has to be conquered to avoid: physical burnout emotional burnout reduced value to clients reduced customer experience losing the love for it all losing the excitement in the adventure We work together and conquer the other stuff, while freeing and supercharging the bits that you actually love towards bringing forth that vision. Through data visualisation we can provide fast transparency as to the current state of play, using existing data. Decision making can thus be hugely more informed. Feedback loops can be shortened and a positive cycle of data-empowered decisions can be established. On those foundations, we can then build custom software solutions to do exactly what the business needs and to connect existing software that isn't communicating optimally, filling in the gaps and creating a fluidity and power that allows focus on that original vision. I'm interested in really getting to the heart of the vision, rooted in relationship and trust and addressing the big picture of how that can be supported.
