I’m a Connector: People to Process Process to Technology Technology to Data Data to Trends Trends to Strategy Strategy to Action Action to Success Success to People Rinse and Repeat I’ve worn many hats in my career – Some with formal titles: Sr. Buyer, Business Process Consultant, Project Manager, Program Manager, Product Owner and Group Manager. Others are more informal: Collaborator, Leader, Change Agent, Merchant, Planner, Innovator, Strategist, Process Improver, and Problem Solver. What energizes me is learning something new – a process, business, something ambiguous or strictly defined. I find ways to improve and grow it. I strategize, plan, measure, analyze, and then deliver results – either personally or through a team. I love to share ideas and successes with my team and colleagues who regularly hear my celebration mantra of “one team, one dream!” - especially after we have pulled together to make the impossible happen.(I might be just a little competitive). By helping people connect their daily work to the goals of the organization, I know both the people and the organization will win.
