Hub Division HSE Manager, for India, Middle East and Africa and part of the ABB Process Automation Business Area for Energy Industries Division with the Hub based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role I am responsible to provide competent functional Hub and Division HSE/Sustainability support and shared services throughout the Hub, in alignment with global and regional plans. My leadership style is based on managing through mutual respect, honest communication, collaboration, trust and integrity. I maintain a strong work ethic, devoted to integrity and ethical behaviour, committed to governance, I also coach, support and provide advice to leadership, line managers and Hub Operations on Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability for Energy Industries. I’m enthusiastic on leveraging on my experience and competencies to lead teams, implement improvement opportunities, oversee programs and practices to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture, together with a firm focus on Sustainability and Environmental management within the assigned Hub Countries. I’m committed to ensuring that the Hub organisation operates in alignment with Health, Safety, Environmental, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility (CR) standards and policies, consistent with ABB's Sustainability strategy. I hold a Masters degree (MTech) in Construction Safety Management as well as Diplomas in Fire Technology, a NEBOSH National Certificate, over and above many other qualifications.
