Chief Executive of the One Broker Group, whose primary offices are in Norwich and Cambridge. I guess I would describe myself as fiercely driven, ever the optimist and out to enjoy life to the full. I put 1 million percent into everything I do both in my private life and work life, whilst trying to get the balance right between the two. I try to squeeze the proverbial lemon as much as I can and treat every day as a new opportunity. I have been exceptionally fortunate to have worked with some brilliant people over the past 42 years and am still tremendously excited about being in the insurance industry. I firmly believe that the opportunities for a top flight independent commercial insurance broker are greater than ever, in a market where the number of independent brokers is shrinking on almost a monthly basis!
