I am an MBA candidate at Mannheim Business School, where I am pursuing my passion for technology and strategy, and enhancing my skills in process mining, creative ideation, and new business development. I have also earned the Scrum Master Certified and the Celonis Foundations certifications, demonstrating my proficiency in agile project management and data-driven process improvement. Prior to joining Mannheim Business School, I founded and directed JS Dreamdente, a low-cost dental clinic that provided quality and affordable dental care to underserved communities. In five years, I successfully launched and operated the business, overseeing all aspects of marketing, finance, customer service, and operations. I managed a team of 16 employees, increased the patient base by more than 5x, and grew the revenue by 165%. I also negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers, secured capital for expansion and growth, and introduced new services and technologies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. My entrepreneurial journey was inspired by my personal values and motivations, which stem from my family background and life experiences. As the son of an army officer and a strong woman who battled the odds to achieve her goals, I learned the importance of determination, kindness, and social responsibility. Having lived and traveled across different states in India, I developed confidence, adaptability, and acceptance of diverse cultures and perspectives. I also have a keen interest in sociology and history, which helps me understand the context and dynamics of human behavior and social issues. I am looking for opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge in the fields of technology and strategy, and to contribute to the innovation and transformation of organizations and industries. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with other professionals and experts, and to leverage my entrepreneurial and leadership abilities to create positive impact and value.
