About Robin Rivers

I am a solutions-driven instructional designer. Since 2004, I have been designing engaging in-person and online learning experiences. I analyze business goals and objectives then design and develop interactive training and learning solutions. I am skilled in designing blended learning, virtual, and instructor-led learning experiences. I specialize in motivating reluctant learners by creating engaging, non-traditional learning experiences. I am comfortable working on multiple projects in fast-paced, quickly changing environments. In order to accomplish task, I focus on the end product. Then using instructional design principles, I work independently or collaboratively with team members to address, analyze, design, develop, and implement a solution to close knowledge gaps and solve problems. I enjoy creating instructor-led and e-learning learning solutions. What I believe As a life-long learner, I believe that the best thing in the world is the access to knowledge.
