About Robin Rodriguez

Over the past 20 years, I have led and supported organizations through periods of growth, complexity, and change, including roles with FedEx, Forward Air, and OnTrac, along with experience across healthcare and mission-driven organizations. I have built and scaled operating models, aligned cross-functional teams, and implemented the processes and systems required to support sustainable growth. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I partner closely with executive leadership to identify what is limiting performance and to design the structure, governance, and operating discipline needed to move the business forward. This includes aligning product, marketing, and sales, improving processes, and establishing clear performance metrics and accountability.I bring a cross-functional background spanning business operations, sales and commercial strategy, systems and tools, and leadership development. I have a track record of building practical solutions that improve execution, increase clarity, and drive measurable outcomes.I am particularly drawn to organizations where growth has outpaced infrastructure or where greater alignment and discipline are needed to scale effectively. I approach this work with a strong belief that strategy only creates value when it is translated into consistent execution.
