About Robin Rood

Since 2010, I’ve dedicated myself to learning all of the various support functions here at The Wright Company. There are currently four companies – Wright’s Media, Wright’s Printing, Wright’s Publishing (PKWY Magazine), and The Wright Agency. I am the first person customers and callers have contact with, so my responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, screening and directing calls, greeting visitors, and keeping the reception area in top shape. This is very important because we all want to make the best possible first impression. In addition, I also handle inventory management for the reception area. Sorting and distributing mail is also part of my daily duties. It doesn’t matter if the customers are internal or external – my goal is always to provide the best possible service.
