I consider my talent and gift to be building and cultivating inclusive relationships from a place of empathy and compassion and a deep understanding of my audience’s interests and motivations. This has led to trust and loyalty with my clients and constituents, long-term partnerships, and sustainable, renewable fundraising and sales. When I look back on my career, I look fondly at my time in radio and feel proud of the leap I took into digital marketing sales, when digital marketing wasn’t even a recognizable term. After a successful career at Entercom, the unrivaled leader in local radio music, sports and news at the time, I moved into a National Sales Executive position with Primedia, where I was able to prove myself within a short period of time. In fact, I was rewarded for achieving the most successful quarter in the department’s history. Since that time, I have taken on fast-paced roles in AdTech, SaaS, and the nonprofit arenas that have challenged me and have over and again demonstrated my passion and ability to deliver client results while meeting leaders' expectations. A few of my accomplishments include-Built and nurtured relationships with over 75 partner organizations by offering targeted resources, aggregate data, and best practices on DEI.(Women Business Collaborative)-Drove double-digit growth with Fortune 100 clients from 2019 to 2022: 11% in 2019, 24% in 2020, and 33% in 2021.(NextUp formerly Network of Executive Women)-Secured clients leading to the growth of the Southeast territory from one of the smallest in the country (approximately $450K in 2012) to the third largest ($3.5M in 2016).(Sizmek by Amazon, formerly PointRoll)-Achieved a 12% increase in sales and a new 15-month commitment with Primedia's most successful and largest client, Freescore.com.(CPG Capital, formerly Primedia) Through it all, my passion for working toward diversity, equity, and inclusion has played out in the workplaces and communities I belong. To this end, I serve as one of two Idaho representatives of the Anti-Defamation League, Pacific Northwest Region, dedicated to combating hate, promoting civil rights, and securing fair and just treatment for everyone in Idaho.
