Reviewing patient’s benefits and coverage for specific procedures and services for example: chemotherapy. My experience is to be a liaison between the patient and the insurance company, in addition to consulting with the patient’s and advocating on the patient’s behalf to seek workable financial options for accessing treatment. Working with a team that consists of Dr’s, Rn’s, office assistance and patients to secure accurate information for my investigation.
