I've joined Fed IT Canada to support candidates in their job search while making my clients' lives easier by offering a personalized and tailored recruitment experience. Here’s a quick overview of what I do: IT Talent Hunter Client Portfolio Management 🤝 Business Development What my role involves: I meet with all types of IT professionals — from Level 1 support technicians to IT Directors, including admins, developers, analysts, managers, and architects. I work with a wide range of companies across various industries, helping them find the right IT talent. I oversee the entire recruitment process: reference checks, background checks, follow-ups, job postings, and more — always ensuring everyone is aligned. My core values: People first.
