With a wealth of experience in loyalty programs, lending, and marketing, I have come full circle to my current position as the Director of Lending at Stearns Bank. Here, I am thriving in the chance to drive our loan programs towards even greater success.I believe in Stearns Bank and in the betterment of customers and employees. With this conviction, I dedicate myself to enhancing our approach and processes in lending. I take pride in being a forward-thinker with a blend of creativity and analytical skills, crafting strategies that turn goals into tangible results.With proficiency in creating highly effective strategic plans that produce clear and compelling results, I guide and inspire those around me.
