About Robin Tolden

Throughout my 16 year career as a Customer Service Representative and eight years of United States Air Force Military service, I have demonstrated proficiency in all core office administration functions, including management, document preparation, internal/external communications, data and records management, hospitality service, meeting scheduling, greeting, heavy phones, task prioritization, leadership and organizational skills. In addition, I have experience in supervising staff, which require extra attention to the people management side of business. Through successfully managing both internal and external relationships, I have accelerated the achievement of goals and positioned myself as a valuable resource in a variety of situations. I would bring to your company not only my customer service skills, but also a positive, cooperative attitude that I have displayed throughout my career. I maintain calm under pressure and adapt to meet the unique needs of each duty given to me. With my background in the military, I have developed skills that strengthens my abilities to work great with others, supervised, discipline and train and foreseen any situation bad or good and resolve them accordingly. My leadership and being a team player in any work environment work are phenomenal.
