When the company began, there was no credentialing department. I created it, led it, grew it. When rapid growth necessitated a client executive program, I launched the program, leading to streamlined operations, improved customer retention and increased revenue. The implementation department that enabled us to efficiently scale growth? You guessed it. I developed the department. With no blueprints, I rolled up my sleeves, pulled up my pants and did it. Because I truly believed in the vision of the company, I was eager to build the processes and the teams needed to propel our success. Things did not always work as planned and sometimes I had to tear things down to build them up, only better, but living the process and being a part of the success was worth it.
