My work spans data & AI strategy, digital operating models, and broader transformation programs. I focus on translating strategy into execution through clear program structures, strong stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking. I’ve worked closely with senior leadership to define data strategies, support CIO priorities, and contribute to scalable, sustainable ways of working across business and IT. Innovation plays a key role in my work, whether designing governance for AI-ready data platforms, supporting the setup of digital product portfolios, or helping teams adopt new ways of collaborating. I enjoy working at the interface of technology and operations, and identifying practical opportunities to create value. I also invest in team development. I mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing communities. I’m energized by collaborative environments and by roles that combine delivery, ownership, and continuous learning.
