She holds an M.S. degree in I-O Psychology and has more than 23 years of experience managing businesses' needs in operational strategy, training, skills assessment, recruitment needs by collaborating directly with management. She is a training specialist with a demonstrated history of working with corporations and nonprofit organizations. Skilled in Coaching, Training Delivery, Performance Management, Leadership, and Project Management. She is a strong quality assurance professional. Robin provides services in creating job descriptions, designing, and conducting the interview process. She has assisted management in the design of interview questions, as well as running the interview. Robin has reviewed applicants' resumes and helped management determine if the candidate/applicant is the right fit for the job. She has conducted in-person and telephone interviews clarifying candidates' qualifications and ability to perform the job.
