About Robin Wong

I am a AI-Digital startup founder, entrepreneur, inventor and seasoned executive / mentor with over two decades of experience in key leadership roles, backed by a strong track record in generating new business growth for technology, digital and AI solutions in key Asia Pacific markets. I have lived in Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China and Hong Kong, and led high-performing teams in these countries. I am the Founder of an GenAI/Agentic AI platform company, TeamSolve, that aims to pioneer a new AI powered digital vision with a Knowledge Twin that simplifies operational knowledge access in enhancing operational efficiencies and workforce resilience for utilities and industry. I was the Regional Director at Royal HaskoningDHV, a leading global consultancy, technology and software company, responsible for growing the Digital and SaaS portfolio. I spent over 18 years of my career at Xylem Inc, a leading American water technology firm in roles of increasing leadership responsibility. I was the Director of Advanced Infrastructure Analytics, the Commercial General Manager for key growth markets in ASEAN, and the Regional Marketing Director for Greater Asia. I was also the Strategy Key Account Director for key utilities including the Public Utilities Board (PUB) Singapore, and was part of Xylem’s M&A team that acquired Singapore-based MIT smart water analytics start-up Visenti in 2016. I have strong passion and domain expertise in water-climate and the consultative, engineering and technology requirements for designing Transport, Advanced Treatment, Smart Digital Software Solutions, Non-Revenue Water solutions, smart water meters (AMI/AMR), and network condition assessment services. To give back to the sector and as a Singaporean, I am serving as Vice President of the Singapore Water Association since 2019, chairing the Technological and Innovation Taskforce, global council member of the Smart Water Networks (SWAN) since 2024 and contributing to the International Water Association (IWA) Digital Water Steering Committee so as to share knowledge, to continue to learn and make a lasting positive change and impact for the water sector and society.
