About Robin Young

Covering a wide range of roles since graduation as a Facilitator, Co-ordinator, Manager and Director within the furniture, motor manufacture and shop-fitting industries respectively and the change of direction within the NHS following a strong pull towards a need to help others less fortunate in the local community. I've always been keen to 'develop and expand' each role coupled with a ‘desire’ to build genuine relationships with clients and team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement in many areas that affect the Quality, Cost and Delivery of a product or service. This has resulted in genuine respect from individuals, teams and customers, inspiring and encouraging them to succeed in any given objective. I now endeavour to further utilise and develop these skills in industry and youth ministries, specifically working in the local community and teenage church youth groups.
