I am Dr Aden from USA with 25 years of experience in the medical field. I am currently working with Minnesota Department of Health as COVID-19 vaccine clinic manager, supervising vaccination clinics. I was previously a public health specialist responsible for interviewing cases with positive COVID-19 test and collecting demographic, clinical, social and historical data about the case; and case intake. Also I was conducting an assessment to determine whether safe isolation can be achieved at home. Abroad, I worked with IOM (UN Agency for migration) on Djibouti. I have been successfully managing for 5 years the migration health division and mixed migration of International Organization for Migration in Djibouti. As panel physician for USA, Canada, and Australia, I was heavily involved in refugee health assessment, health promotion, coordination of reproductive Health, HIV, TB, child protection, management of Yemen crisis with more than Yemeni and TCN displaced people and lastly management of a cholera outbreak. I have been frequently deployed to assist in the field within the region, horn of Africa and beyond (Kigoma, Dadaab…). Often I take over the interim of the head of the organization. I am good planner, organizer, and manager and pay attention to all details. I am hard worker and never leave the office until I finish all tasks. I am creative and always find solutions to all problems. I am multilingual, at least 4 languages including fluency in French and English. I am passionate to provide technical and humanitarian assistance to those in needs. I am an excellent project manager and participate to project development.
