At Nextworld, my role as Product Manager of AI focuses on pioneering AI strategies and driving the execution of innovative solutions. I have extensive experience engaging with all parties across a product lifecycle including technical architects, executives (internal & customers), and end users to enable understanding, excitement and adoption of new capabilities. My passion and drive to enable user success and satisfaction inspires me to focus on the continuous improvement of tools and capabilities.I also spend time enabling our development and partner communities to incorporate AI and reporting capabilities into solutions that are sold to customers. My strength in understanding business processes, having high user empathy and being able to adjust my explanation to the appropriate audience has enabled me to be consistently successful in building tools and solutions that add value in an intuitive and approachable manner. This includes delivering technical AI tools, intuitive chatbots, AI solutions to enable ERP processes across numerous industries, and an advanced ad-hoc reporting tool to enable user exploration and discovery of data. I have experience collaborating across many levels of the ecosystem including sales prospects, partner opportunities, and current customers. Internally I collaborate with our executive team, product marketing, product documentation, infrastructure services, and developers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
