I believe meaningful change begins when purpose-driven people from different backgrounds and disciplines come together to build trust, share power, and reimagine the future with courage and care.My work brings people, projects and possibilities into alignment to help important agendas grow faster, go deeper, and unfold with more joy. Current Focus: Alongside advisory support of the Creative Bureaucracy Festival, I’m exploring different ways to help purpose-driven organisations and initiatives to scale and deepen their work through strategy sparring, facilitation, programme design, research, long-form content creation, and network weaving.
