My current role allows me to act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and registrants related to open enrollment non-credit courses and programs at the College of Professional Studies (CPS). I focus on building and nurturing relationships with prospective students throughout their enrollment journey, from initial inquiry to successful registration. I proactively recruit new students through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and text, while actively monitoring applications and conducting outreach via Phone and Teams. My commitment to exceptional customer service allows me to guide prospective students in assessing how CPS programs align with their personal and professional goals, helping them navigate the registration process. Additionally, I collaborate in the development and implementation of strategies to attract and engage a diverse range of prospective students.In my previous positions, I have supported enrollment for both the College of Professional Studies and the School of Graduate Studies, focusing on a range of degree programs, including online and on-campus associate, bachelor, and master-level degrees. I effectively managed sales communication through email, text, and calls, proactively identifying top prospects and developing personalized cultivation plans. I built strong relationships with outside organizations and partner affiliates to enhance brand representation and access prospective students. My initiatives centered on driving recruitment, identifying new opportunities, and developing targeted strategies for prospective students. With a background in recruiting, particularly within the government administration sector, I am skilled in Salesforce and other Point of Sale (POS) Systems, phone etiquette, de-escalating high-stakes situations, and event planning. I hold a Masters of Science in Strategic Leadership (MS) from Rosemont College as well as Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Castleton University, which has equipped me with valuable insights for supporting students in their educational pursuits.
