Being a Health and Safety Professional is protecting not only the health, wellness, and integrity of people but systems, production, engineering, and our environment. I'm the leader and colleague that fulfills multiple roles to get things done. This position requires a great amount of time and effort to ensure everyone goes home same way they came in or better. I am dedicated to staying organized and making work-life easier while holding firm boundaries. It fulfills me to be part of the solution with my team, to see data driven results, and to cultivate engagement within our workforce. Working for a company that allows me to use my interpersonal skills in leadership is invaluable to me. The center of me is being a mom. It is my greatest accomplishment thus far. I passionately believe in setting goals and taking the steps to achieve them. Any step forward, is progress. I use this mindset everyday as I move forward personally and professionally.
