About Robyn Duignan

Robyn Duignan holds a Bachelor of Vocational Education, Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma of TAE and Certificate IV in TAE. Robyn is currently managing all aspects of educational frontline projects, identifying stakeholder training needs through training needs analysis as well as the design, development and contextualisation of training resources using Moodle platforms. My strength is collaborating with senior management as a subject matter expert where advice on improving learner engagement and outcomes exhibited. In addition, as an auditor of training programs and resources I have extensive experience in compliance requirements for Registered Training Organisations (RTO) including ASQA compliance regulations. As a senior manager, trainer, assessor, mentor and coach, Robyn has extensive experience in a variety of corporate management systems including financial planning, human resources processes and records management. Through my effective communication skills I have developed strong working relationships with my colleagues both at senior and middle management level, team members, internal and external clients. I possess excellent leadership and management skills where I lead by example presenting a professional profile and have demonstrated my ability to lead and manage a team of up to 40 trainers. With extensive experience in leading and developing a team, providing ongoing mentoring, coaching and support building their skills and experience. My leadership style is inclusive, encouraging and collaborative, bringing out the best in the team that I lead. I have demonstrated abilities in managing human resources, compliance and assurance, successfully leading project teams and delivering outcomes on time. Additionally, I demonstrate a high level of personal and professional reliability and have maintained the confidence of my team and managers in dealing with confidential information.
