BUILDING FRAMEWORKS TO SUPPORT CREATIVE OPERATIONS As an operations leader, I excel at transforming organizational chaos into smooth-running workflows without losing the magic that makes great work happen. My experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environments has taught me to anticipate problems and design solutions before they hinder deliverables. Highlights of my value and impact: Created and operationalized standardized workflows and tools to guide creative and post-production project scheduling, new hire and freelancer onboarding processes, and efficiency-improving directories. Earned accolades for support delivered to secure parent company’s $4B Coca-Cola marketing partnership by overseeing seamless resourcing and planning to eliminate project lapses. Architected nonprofit’s mentorship program from the ground up, developing all components and managing implementation to deliver a memorable experience connecting early-career professionals with working creatives. FOCUSING ON REAL-WORLD SOLUTIONS TO FUEL SUCCESS What energizes me most is finding that sweet spot where efficiency meets excellence. I understand that different teams have different working styles, and I've successfully led initiatives such as: Integrating Hogarth Studios’ newly opened Toronto hub and acquired Detroit hub into workflows and communication channels while honoring local preferences and needs. Synthesizing needs and input from multiple North American hubs to inform headquarters-level development of new worldwide scheduling system designed to replace disparate legacy systems. Celebrating contributions from multiple locations with the launch of a monthly newsletter that helped foster camaraderie and cohesion across various sites.
