With over 25 years of experience in Customer Service I not only possess the ability to troubleshoot effectively but am able to find creative solutions to every day issues, and do so with positivity, and respect. For the past several years my career focus has been Administrative Excellence, utilizing my skills in various fields, such as education, legal and healthcare. In my role as Administrative Generalist of the Medical Research and Development team, I have continued learning and building on my established background in administration. While assisting a team responsible for clinical trials/studies and medical writing research projects I have learned further skills that I can carry with me during my career progression. New knowledge I've obtained includes creation and utilization of custom trackers and dashboards using Smartsheet, using the Vivli platform to request study information, accessing study-level and site-specific information via MediData and using Survey Monkey, Doodle Polls and Outlook to schedule meetings and research calls with a network of physician's worldwide. In my role as Data Specialist in Immigration Law I performed many important duties with my growing team. From triaging several mailboxes, and drafting US Immigration applications to facilitating training for new hires and creating resource and reference materials, my focus and goal was for continuous learning and attention to details in everything I did. While Manager of the Prometric Testing Center, I was not only responsible for the daily administration and security of high stakes exams, but also acted as liaison between Prometric head office in Baltimore, MD and triOS College London campus, where the test center is located.
