I am an accomplished innovator and leader with 20 years experience in technology and business transformation. I am currently leading the strategy and implementation of data and customer relationship management systems to support the Aspen Institute. With over 6 years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed the deployment and maintenance of enterprise data systems, including Salesforce, that enable data-driven decision making, donor engagement, and operational efficiency across the Institute.I have a strong background in data analysis, project management, and business administration, with an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Chicago. I leverage my analytical skills and CRM expertise to optimize business processes, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights and reports to stakeholders and partners. I also collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate the integration and alignment of data systems and applications, and to ensure compliance and security standards. My goal is to empower the Institute and its constituents with the best tools and practices to achieve their philanthropic objectives and social impact.
